Cleanse Instructions
Juice Thawing
Shelf Life
Drink each juice in the order which they are numbered. Consume 1 juice every 2-3 hrs with water in between. Repeat until cleanse is completed.
Allow juice(s) to unthaw 1 day prior to consuming. As the juice(s) unthaw shake well, sip and shake again to remix any separation occurred during the freeze cycle.
Refrigerated thawed - 1 week
Frozen - 3 months
Juices should be consumed within 3 days after thawing.
